Shipping, returns & the fine print.
Every piece ships insured, packed the way we’d want our own sent. US shipping is a flat $9, free on orders over $150, and usually arrives in 2 to 4 business days. Canadian rates are worked out at checkout, with delivery in 5 to 10 days and tracking on every parcel.
You have 14 days from delivery. If a piece isn’t what you expected, send it back in the condition it arrived and we’ll refund the item price in full. That goes for faults we named in the listing too. The return window is there so you can decide once the piece is in your hands.

Do prices include import duties?
US orders are all-in. Canadian orders may owe duties, GST/HST, or import fees when they arrive. We declare shipments accurately and will help with the paperwork where we can.
Is everything tested?
Yes. Every piece is tested, serviced, and graded before it’s listed, and any faults we found are written into the listing.
Can I pay over time?
Checkout runs through Shopify, so whatever pay-later options are available in your region will show up at the checkout step.
Do you buy or take trades?
Sometimes. Use Find Me a Piece to tell us what you have, include a few photos, and we’ll take a look.
