Akarido & Co. ships from California to the United States and Canada. Every piece is packed the way we’d want our own sent, and every order ships fully insured with tracking.
Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States and Canada only. If you’re somewhere else and there’s a piece you want, email us and we’ll tell you straight whether we can get it to you.
Processing
Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Because most pieces are one of a kind, we take care to photograph and protect each item before it leaves us.
Transit times
- United States: 2–4 business days after dispatch.
- Canada: 5–10 business days after dispatch, with tracking.
These are estimates rather than guarantees, since carrier and customs delays are outside our control.
Rates & insurance
US orders are a flat $9, free on orders over $150, with express available at $15. Canadian rates are calculated by the carrier at checkout, based on destination and the piece’s weight, and are shown before you pay. Insurance is included at no extra cost.
Duties & import taxes
US orders are all-in. Canadian orders may owe duties, GST/HST, or import fees on arrival; these are set by Canada and are the buyer’s responsibility. We declare shipments accurately and will help with the paperwork where we can.
Tracking & issues
You’ll receive tracking as soon as your order ships. If a parcel is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact us at shop@akarido.co. Every order is insured and we’ll make it right.
